Yes – we can print on most hangers.  We have our own in-house print room, which means we can normally turn orders round in 2 – 3 weeks.  Typically, a single colour costs £70 + VAT for printing up to 500 hangers, plus £75 for a plate if we haven’t printed your logo before.  Click on this link for more details.

If we receive your order by 2pm, assuming the products are in stock, we will normally despatch that day.   Please allow 3 – 4 working days for delivery, though if you are ordering full box quantities we aim to get your goods to you the next working day or (for pallets) within 2 working days.

Usually 8 or more full boxes will be sent on a pallet – otherwise we normally use Parcelforce or Secured Mail.  You will get the tracking number of your consignment automatically, so that you can monitor progress.

It’s important to us that our products match your expectations or more.  So, if you’re not happy with them or change your mind, we will take them back and refund the cost of the goods, provided:

–    The goods are returned within 28 days of delivery

–    In our opinion, they are unused, unassembled, undamaged and capable of reselling

–    They are in their original packaging.

Please note:

–    You will need to pay the cost of returning the goods (unless they are faulty or wrongly delivered)

–    Bespoke, printed or personalized products are excluded

–    In the case of a part return, any discount related to the size of the original order will be recalculated.

If your goods were to arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 28 days of delivery at the latest.  We will arrange collection.  Provided the damage has not occurred through the action or negligence of the purchaser, we will refund in full or replace your goods.

Yes.  Our UK distribution centre is in Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 2QX (approx. 30 miles north-east of London) – see the Contact Us page for our full address.  Please phone or e-mail before you come so that we can check the stock and make sure that warehouse staff will be free to serve you when you arrive.

Yes.  You can either buy the smallest pack size first before placing the full order.  Or, if are considering a big order, we will happily send you a free sample – just contact us with your name and address and the SKU of the hanger(s) you are considering.
